Terms
Draft pending owner review
These terms describe the current service and need owner review. They do not claim legal compliance or specify an unverified legal entity or jurisdiction.
Who can use a family account
Family accounts are for adults. You may create a private family board or sign in to join a family that invited you. The fictional public demo needs no account. Keep your sign-in details secure and share family invitations only with intended recipients.
Sharing responsibly
Share only information you are entitled to share. Respect the people in your family and remember that family members can see content shared with their board. Family organizers manage membership and settings. Task ownership, backup requests and completion records support coordination; they do not verify that care was delivered or replace your own arrangements.
Not medical or emergency care
Second Favorite Child is a family-coordination tool, not a medical-advice, emergency-response or professional-care service. It does not monitor emergencies. Contact appropriate emergency services or qualified professionals when needed. AI task suggestions are optional, require organizer review and are not clinical advice.
Demos, pilot and communications
Public demos are fictional and browser-local. Journey starter tasks remain local until confirmed during family setup. A pilot invitation request asks the team to follow up; it does not create a family board, invite anyone, book care or guarantee availability. Tuesday Text scheduling shown in demos is simulation-only; automatic delivery is not enabled. No pricing or free-pilot commitment is made here.
