This notice describes the current implementation. It is a draft for owner review, not a claim of legal compliance.
Private family boards
Adults can create a private family board or join a family by invitation. Accounts, membership, tasks, completion history, shared posts, encouragement and family settings are saved online. Family membership and roles control access. Members of your family can see content you share with that family. The owner dashboard reports aggregate family activity without family names, member identities or private task and care text.
Pilot requests
The pilot form saves your name, email, selected role and optional help request. Guided forms may also save journey version, need and tone when you explicitly submit. Requests are accessible to authorized owners. An owner alert is attempted only after saving; it includes contact details and role, not optional challenge text. Joining the pilot requests follow-up; it does not create a board or invite people. Please omit medical details from pilot forms. Historical merchandise-interest records remain private; new merchandise-interest collection is not offered.
Browser-local demos and setup
The public family is fictional. Demo actions remain in the page; display, sound and other demo preferences are stored in your browser. Journey selections and starter-task drafts are saved in this browser so you can review them after sign-in. Starter tasks are saved online only when you confirm family setup. A different browser or device, private window, or clearing site data can lose local drafts.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics is off until you explicitly allow it through Analytics preferences. Undecided and rejected visitors are not tracked. It runs only on the public homepage and guided journey, not private family, owner or sign-in pages. Journey events use version, need and tone, not names, emails, task text, family identifiers or health details. You can reject or withdraw permission using Analytics preferences; withdrawal disables future app tracking and removes Google Analytics cookies. Continued browsing is not consent.
Services and external links
Lovable provides website hosting and Lovable Cloud stores account and application data. Email/password and Google are primary sign-in choices; optional Lovable sign-in remains available for existing users. Those services process information needed for their functions. Google provides optional analytics. The merchandise shop is an external Printify store; checkout, orders and payment are handled there under its policies. Organizers may choose to request AI task ideas: their description is processed through the AI service to produce editable suggestions, which are not saved as tasks until confirmed. Do not include unnecessary sensitive details.

Retention periods, deletion/export request procedures, processing locations, full provider disclosures and the legal operator require owner review; this draft does not promise specific deadlines or certifications.
